Using Ombre
Otteropia Technology Co., Ltd. grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Ombre for lawful personal purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the app marketplace through which you obtained it.
Your media and accounts
You are responsible for the media, server addresses, and account details you use with Ombre. You must have the rights and permissions needed to access, store, and play that content. Ombre does not give you ownership of or permission to use third-party content.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Ombre, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security measures, use it to violate law or another person’s rights, or reproduce and distribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits.
Third-party services
Ombre may connect to media servers, networks, file providers, and other services that we do not operate. Their availability, content, security, and terms are controlled by their respective providers. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Ombre. Features can vary by device, operating system, media format, network, region, and third-party service. We do not promise that every file or service will always be compatible.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ombre and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Otteropia Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, content, profits, or use arising from Ombre. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use
You may stop using Ombre at any time. We may suspend or end your license if you materially violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
